The parking coordinates will put you on Putnam Place - recently some of the neighbors have put up a canvas wind-guard, so a better entrance may be at the end of Arrowhead Court, near the basketball net. (If you were to walk between the two small fences, though, you are still technically on public property.)
If you are lucky (depending on when you go) you may see wild turkeys or deer. You're more likely to just see the tracks from them here and there. Also, make sure to bring your bug spray in the summer time!
Also, if you continue your walk back, there is another cache hidden in these woods - why not get both in one go? GC2J4Q6 - "My 'Place out on the ocean'".

Warnings: There is evidence deeper in this wooded area of people paint balling (splatters on trees), and tracks from ATVs and/or dirtbikes, so you may want to keep an eye and/or ear out just in case. Also, this cache is not night-friendly due to the terrain.
