To get the correct coordinates for this cache you must either
attend or hold an event cache in the Lubbock area after October 1,
2005. This will include surrounding towns such as Levelland and
Slaton but we’re going to use our discretion on how far out to go.
The purpose is to help grow the caching community here in
Lubbock. We're off to a good start and regular event caches help
everyone feel like they are part of a group instead of lone
cachers. This should spur cache hiding and finding which will
benefit everyone.
We will contact those who are eligible to get the real
coordinates after they log an eligible event cache.
The actual cache is a good sized tupperware container. If you go
before sunset the waterfalls nearby will still be on. If you go at
sunset you will see Lubbock in a brand new light.
We stocked the cache with some nice swag so try to make an even
trade if you want anything inside. Also try to re-hide the cache as
you found it, if not better, to keep muggles away. Thanks!
