This is a traditional cache with a bit of a difference. The holder is a plastic Tupperware container and contains the normal goodies. I forgot to include a pencil so please take one with you. Access to the site is via a gravel road. Please note that the given waypoint is for the cache itself. This location is for you to discover and I want this location to surprise you. The view is good and the actual location is something else.
To claim the cache you need to do complete two tasks.
- You have to find the cache and you need to log it.
- Now for the catch. You now have 4 weeks to complete a story and to log it as a note. In this log you need to apply some innovation and creative thinking. You now have to write a little story about this location. It could be fiction or a documentary. Please indicate which one is applicable. So smell the wind, look at the scenery, look at the stone ruins and dream a little bit. If you know me than you will realize that I am not keen to read very short ones. Finds without stories will not be deleted.
Please enjoy this location. Do not touch anything; do not disturb anything no matter how small. Do not litter, no open flames and no cigarette butts are allowed. Please do not remove anything – this is a piece of important history. There is some good news. For every 11 cachers that paid a visit to this cache a voting process will be done on the best story. All the stories on the listing will form part of the voting process and all have an equal chance and more than one chance to be awarded the geo coin. I think this is more fair and just. The only exclusion is that if a cacher was awarded a geo coin for his effort then he will not form part of the voting process. Good luck.
