My sister works in Center City, and gets dropped off at the train station around 6:35 a.m.. This gives her about 6 minutes before she catches train #7406 to Center City, which arrives at Market East at 7:17 a.m.
After work, my sister catches train #9741 out of Market East at 3:50 p.m. It is scheduled to arrive at 4:23 p.m.
From here, she either gets a ride, or catches a bus to get home. Today, I picked her up.
But first, I picked up my 9 year-old niece from her bus stop, and then we drove over to the train station. While we waited, I asked if she wanted to help me hide a cache, and she was like, "Yeah!" I showed her a few places I thought might work for the containers I had with me, and she choose the container and hiding spot, as well as the cache name. When TinkerBella blurted out the name, we decided to make this a mystery cache, since she is learning some more complex multiplication and division at school. So, here is what we came up with!
Cache Coordinates:
N 40 03.JKL
W 74 59.MNO
To solve for JKL, subtract the number of the a.m. train from the number of the p.m train, divide that answer by 10, and round up to the nearest whole number.
For MNO, determine the number of minutes on my sister's afternoon train ride, and subtract that number from the posted West coordinates.
