Madison's first Webcam Cache!
Disclaimer:
Unfortunately, the camera in use for this cache is not owned or operated by the cache owner. It's just an interactive webcam that I knew about and put to good use.
To complete this cache you will need to cooperate with a friend to have him/her capture an image of you standing at the above coordinates. Your friend needs to be sitting at a computer with an internet connection (preferably a broadband connection, but not required). You will also need a cell phone to call your cooperative friend when you get to the coordinates. There isn't artificial light at the site, so do this during the day.
Cacher's job:
Go to the coordinates, Call your friend, Pose/hold your GPSr up, and smile! (Depending on GPS accuracy, your friend may need to ask you to scoot over a bit to be in the picture) Check your email when you get home, as your friend has emailed you the pic so you can upload it to this site, and log your find. DO NOT decrypt and view this spoiler. This is not for you.
The Photographer's job is to decrypt the spoiler info below and follow the directions. It is too long to hand decrypt, so have them do it from this page.
This is a cool place to hang out in the summer. You may already know where it is if you are a Madison Native or long time resident. You probably drive past it every day and don't even notice it.
Parking is the most difficult thing here which is why I made it a 2. Don't park illegally or you WILL get a ticket! I recommend parking in a nearby ramp and doing this by bike!!!
