Geocache Description:

Come out and join us Saturday June 7th on Northwest River for the 11th annual WWFM

Join us out on the Northwest river for some flash mob fun! What is WWFM you ask? World Wide Flash Mob is a fun and friendly way to promote geocaching around the world. Thousands of geocachers at dozens of coordinated events spanning the globe, gathering at the same time.

The twist here is we will participate out on the water. We will gather together at GZ, right offshore from what should be a very busy Bob's Fishing Hole launch area, approximately 15 minutes prior to "FLASH" time.

Then we will tether the kayaks together so we won't drift apart.......

Then at 1:05PM sharp, we will all sing, or hum, Anchors Aweigh. Anchors Aweigh lyrics:

Stand Navy out to sea, Fight our Battle Cry;
We'll never change our course, So Army you steer shy-y-y-y.
Roll out the TNT, Anchors Aweigh.
Sail on to Victory And sink their bones to Davy Jones, Hooray!

Anchors Aweigh, my boys, Anchors Aweigh.
Farewell to college joys, We sail at break of day-ay-ay-ay.
Through our last night on shore, Drink to the foam,
Until we meet once more. Here's wishing you a happy voyage home.

Blue of the Mighty Deep; Gold of God's Sun
Let these colors be till all of time be done, done, done,
On seven seas we learn Navy's stern call:
Faith, Courage, Service true, with Honor, Over Honor, Over All.

Once we are done impressing all within earshot of our amazing singing/humming abilities, we will untether the kayaks and carry on.

Below picture is the approach to Bob's Fishing Hole. We will be out in front of the dock area in this picture for this WWFM event.

THIS JUST IN! There will be a campfire meet and greet the evening of this and the kayak event at Northwest River Park. Here is the link and GC code: http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC548VN_2nd-annual-campfire-mg-end-of-a-busy-day-ii
