A cache in a location where lots of people leave a
trace!
It's amazing what
people do when they think no one is
looking.....
This place seems to
collect litter at an unbelievable rate. Most likely because
this small road is lined by brush on both sides and out of
view. It get's cleaned up periodically so if it's clean when
you visit, come back in a day or two.

While teaching
courses in low impact camping I have used this spot as an example
of how people use their ethics to make decisions and how it only
takes a small fraction of the people making poor decisions to
really cause an impact.
This cache does not resemble litter, but please pick some up and
take it with you if you
can.
There is a Rolex Travel
bug for the FTF (or the first one that wants it). There is
room for small trade items.
There are also a few Leave No Trace ethics card (hang tags).
Please take one if you're interested and leave some for
others, I'll try to re-stock it from time to time.
There is a pull-off nearby. There is a fair amount of traffic here
at times so you might not want to bring very small children.
Please be careful with the cache container, it's not as rugged as
it looks.
