Caching is supposed to be fun, so don't make this harder than it should be. Watch for muggles because there is a gym near by. Drive up parking, USUALLY!
The Top Hat area was platted in 1927 as Beverly Park subdivision. The portion of the building under the Top Hat was built in 1928. The hat was built in 1953. It was a gas station for many years, then a dry cleaner and now a transmission shop. The cache site is within view of the hat. It is also in front of what used to be a substation, now fenced and vacant.
Please treat the final cache with care, as it can be easily damaged. Lift lid only, no need to remove container.
Please also report any problems w/either co-ords or cache
itself. Although, moved further away, it is still
within view of the Top Hat Thanks and HAVE FUN!
