One of my first (solo) caching adventures was around Big Woods lake. I found a grove of pine trees that I really liked and seemed to be a bit out of place for this area. There was a cache in that area that I looked for on a number of occasions and has since been disabled. I've always wanted to put a cache in this area. The space became recently available for a new hide.
You are looking for a cache off a dirt trail in the area. You will need to go through some brush to find it. It is off the trail but you can still see the trail from GZ. You are looking for a camouflaged container. There is plenty of room in the container for swag and a travel bug. One can open the container without moving it. Be careful, as some things may fall out. The log is in a separate container. Make sure everything is secured when you make the find and leave. You can park at the Big Woods Lake campground (shortest walk) or park at the boat launch / bike trail parking lot and head east on the bike trail.
