Geocache Description:

Hidden in McCormick's Woods. Off the bike path, close to the golf course. If you're crossing the golf course, take another route to the cache.

Fairly easy cache by Purdue University. The woods are owned and maintained by the Forestry Dept at Purdue, but the area is open to the public. There is a path enterance off Cherry Lane; there is a small pull off next to the path and a sign for mountain bikers who are often in the area. The cache is off of one of the bike paths, about thirty or forty yards from the gold course so beware of errant balls.

This is one of three caches hidden by the Thomas Say Entomological Society, the undergraduate ento society at Purdue. Each cache has a theme, this one being Thomas Say, the namesake of the society. There is a small description of him in the cache if you are interested in reading it.
