Geocache Description:

****UPDATE****2008**** Annual trip to visit my cache has revealed that the area is a wreck after recent wildfires. Cache appears to have been destroyed, but I was able to salvage TB# 567126 from amongst the rubble and animal droppings. I have changed this cache to a virtual, and will make sure the TB finds a new home. Thanks to everyone who has visited this one since 2001.

Take the old US 91 west/south out of St. George, through Santa Clara and the Shivwits Reservation. Dirt road is on the right side of the highway after you cross the summit of Utah Hill. Before I-15, truckers and winter travellers hated this stretch of highway. Look for the cliff face and trees on the left and turn right onto graded road. It is marked with an old but serviceable intersection sign. Follow graded road, enjoy the joshua forest,and don't give up.

Original cache was located apprx. 200 feet off the road, amongst the sand and boulders. Cache is now gone due to wildfires.
