Geocache Description:

Fifteen hundred eleven people and one Grouch the sign says, in this small NE Washington town. Find an easy cache located in the town park.

The first weekend of each June the town of Kettle Falls, Washington elects a new Grouch (25 cents per vote, much like real politics-the position can be bought with money!) The cache is located in the park in 35mm film container. Enjoy your visit to Kettle Falls! Welcome and have a great stay!
