You are looking for a colorful bison tube.
I thought I knew my small town pretty well, but the latest village newsletter contained some surprising information. It listed a park that I was unaware of. So of course I had to check it out. I've walked down this street hundreds of times, and have always wondered about this extra sidewalk. Now you can discover a cache as well as a hidden area of Theresa!
There is playground equipment, a picnic table, and a gazebo. Be sure to use stealth as the park borders on many muggle backyards. I've added the coordinates for the sidewalk entrance to help you get to the right place.
