Ross Hills Park. (not to be confused with Ross Hills Camp) The terrain varies from flat to very steep. Caches will have varying levels of difficulty.
October 24. Event runs from noon to 4 PM. Caching starts at 1:00. Meet back together at 3:30 for awarding of prizes. Bring your own lunch. Free will donations accepted for cost to reserve shelter and provide beverages. Prizes will be awarded but remember, our budget is limited. You may log the event and log the cache trails but please do not log each individual cache found.
Update: First, South River Road is closed. You will need to come across the Granville Bridge or down from SR 26 to get to the park. Second, RPW and I have laid out four adult trails and one kids trail. One of the adult trails has easy terrain. Third, a new permanent cache has been donated. Fourth, media may come to give geocaching some publicity. Hope to see you all there!
