A nice little historical spot where Foothill and Balboa come
together.
"The Cascades" is what it is called. It talks about the water that
is traveling down the aquaduct, where it came from and how long it
has traveled. Don't want to give away all the info, you'll have to
find out for yourself when you grab the cache. You are looking for
a small black magnetic altoids container.

January 17 by buzzards162 (267 found) Looked and looked but came up dry on this one, just Like the waterfall. Sad to see the plague appears to have been stolen too.[This entry was edited by buzzards162 on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 9:26:51 AM.]

Found It! This was a very hard find. Hiddle, Small Pants, Hoody, Hooting Owl, Heavy Foot, and Trail Master were searching and searching. We almost gave up, but then the excitement of finding it made everything better. We took nothing, but put a quarter in because it was the only thing we had that would fit.

September 24, 2009 by rallyejo (1316 found) #1214 - Out writing a rally since the one we had written for this month is on fire. Passed by here and was wondering if there was a cache here. Seen the Cascades many times from the freeway but had no idea the plaque was here. TFTC!
