There used to be another cache at this location, but it's gone now. I'm recycling this location. Before I obtained my smart phone, on which I do all of my electronic caching chores, I used to avail myself of the facilities here.
The cache contains a log, pen, small trade items and a prize for FTF to help you figure your income tax, which season will soon be upon us. No credit without your signature. Park in the lot. When you're finished with the cache, enter the building and check out a book.
Because of the cache size, I'm not furnishing a hint.
