How Geocaching Works
Cache is not at the above Coordinates!!!! They will take you to parking at the trail head.
This is a Night Cache!!!
You will need your flashlight.
(and possibly a friend or two)
The cache is designed to be found after dark. Although it can probably be found during daylight hours by the "observant geocacher", finding it at night is highly recommended and fun!
The only thing you need to know to find this cache is to:
Keep your "points" of reference immediately to your right at all times.
This Micro cache is located in the Otter Brook Sanctuary off River Road in Windham. The listed coordinates will take you to parking. The trail can be a little muddy at times--especially right near the road, but otherwise it is a well kept trail that is also used by ATVs and snowmobiles. Another cache the "Otter Brook Cache" [GCPB6B] is located further down these trails if you wish to continue your nighttime caching
***Please be careful when stepping off the trail. Keep watch for areas of ferns and moss and please DO NOT step on these plants!!
Also be aware that this trail can be muddy at times and typically has a large puddle at the very beginning.
**Remember --> If you get lost (or too scared), the listed coordinates are for parking!!! So keep your GPSr handy and you can always find your way back to your car!!
