Come on out to this centrally located statewide event. Camp sites can be reserved by visiting http://www.reserveamerica.com, searching for Chicot State Park, and requesting site 17, 19, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 21, 22, or 20 in the **South Campground Loop A** Campsites can only be reserved for a minimum of two nights, but there will be plenty of us out there both Friday and Saturday night. You also have the option of getting a campsite on the day of the event, there just isn't a guarantee that sites close to the event (or at all) will be available. If you aren't the camping type, feel free to join in for the afternoon and/or evening. There will be plenty for all to do. A friendly caching competition is in the works by a few local cachers. In the evening, we'll make a fire for all to sit around and swap stories. There will be a table for trackables, so be sure to bring those as well. We'll also have a raffle for some fun geocaching items.
Campsites are $18 a night and can hold up to 6 people and 2 tents. The day use fee is $2 for those not camping, but is free for those under age 3 and over age 62. Boats are also available to rent for $18 for the day and canoes for $20 for the day if you'd like to get out on the water.
