If you don't have a signature item of your own, this will be an excellent opportunity to get some ideas.
The world of signature items is WAY too big to begin to describe it. You'll have to come and see what I mean. But basically, a signature item is something that is uniquely yours that you would leave in a cache that you've found as a statement that you've been there. Due to the over-abundance of micro caches lately, the use of signature items in that way has dwindled somewhat because there just isn't room in the cache to leave one.
A signature item can be as simple as a business-type card with your name on it or as elaborate as some of the items you'll see at the event.
If we have a big crowd, I'd like to see everyone stay a little longer after the food and dishes have been cleared away and then use the table space to display our signature item collections. Then we can all mingle and take a few minutes browsing instead of hurrying out the door.

*If you're new to geocaching and you would just like to get some ideas of what other people have done and what you could do, that's great too.
