This is the forth of four in honor of TopHat & EarlGrey's
geodogs and Jackpine-Savage's pet dog. Foxy is TopHat &
EarlGrey's unexpected third child, she is quite the live wire and
loves to go go go! For this puzzle we have borrowed an idea that
one of our MN cachers used for one of his puzzle cache.
