If you are not quite sure why we have a leap year day every 4 years, then do a little on-line research and read about the development of the Gregorian calendar.
If you desire to attend a leap day event on February 29th before you head off to school, work, or geocaching, then come on by the listed location. Take time to say hello, meet other geocachers, discuss some of the caches that you have not been able to find or you found to be very interesting.
The event will start at 7:00 am and end at 8:30 am. A sign-in log will be available. If I remember to bring my camera, a few pictures will be taken.
