Geocache Description:

The trailhead for this cache is located off the Loveland Bike Tail and is reachable on foot or on bike. You will need to leave your bike at some point and so may want to bring a lock.

This was designed to be a "Bookcrossing" cache. I initially put three books into the cache that were all registered with www.bookcrossing.com . It is my wish that if you take a book from this cache that you replace it with another book, preferably one registered with book crossing. If you do take a book without replacing it, please let me know so that I can put in more books as needed.

The cache was initially “seeded” with three books related to hiking/climbing (which is the tie-in to geocaching), but over time I (and others) have added books that have nothing to do with outdoor life.

I would suggest you access the bike trail at the Kings Mills location (the Peter Cartridge Company building at N39 21.088 and W84 14.471) and head north. The trail head is 1.25 miles north located between mile marker 16 and 16.5 (just north of the paved TPC path). The trailhead used to be marked, but recent activity (by a large truck) has obscured the sign )although the entry point is now much more noticable.

Bonus: Be as quiet as possible while searching for this cache. I see deer about the half the time I visit and based on the logs, many others have seen them as well (our cachers have seen a doe that had just died and a newborn fawn - real "circle of life" stuff).
