Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT located at the above coordinates. The posted coordinates will take you a nearby shortcut path. You can find both ends of Fran's Path from there. Please bring a pen or pencil to sign the log sheet.

So far, I have found three pathways in Los Altos Hills with names: Mary Stutz Path, Artemas Ginzton Pathway, and this one, Fran's Path. Fran Stevenson is a long time resident of Los Altos Hills and served in the town's Pathway Committee for many years. This pathway is named in her honor.

Fran's Path is a stereotypical LAH Pathway - it goes between houses with views of cars, horses, dogs, and occasional rabbits. If you want to explore the area, you are welcome to start at the posted coordinates which is an entrance to a shortcut path that will lead you to one end of Fran's Path. From there, you can look for Somewhere in Los Altos Hills and this mystery cache.

You can also find both ends of this pathway with some research, then you can brute-force this into a drive-by. Either way, this one should be easier than LAH Pathways: Find the Trailhead, so I rated it with a difficulty of 3. Have fun.
