A number of fun caches I placed in Sycamore Canyon. The 3 rating is because if you walk from top to bottom it's 11.6 miles.
A really cool spot on a great walk to the sea. Looks like it got damaged in the 1993 fire, and just never was fixed again. Bring a pen!

yep, it was me who woudnt give up on this one. everyone was pretty sure that this one had blown away (or somehting for a DNF) but I just had a gut feeling that we were looking in the wrong places.

The Geo_Connections Sic Them Sycamores tour continues, with another FTF in 2010. We weren't sure if the cache has migrated or if the hint provided more diversion than direction. Found by the very diligent retrofit at 12:30 p.m.

Out caching with the Geo Connections crew and trying to beat the rain. Started out at the top of Big Sycamore Canyon Road, heading towards Sycamore Cove. Five guys, 10.25 miles, 40 caches. What a way to spend a Saturday!

The Love Shack seems to be coming apart; and with it, the clever little hiding place. This one had us crawling all around, until we found the piece we were looking for; not in its original spot. SL and replaced as found. TFTC, RD.
