Seattle Neighborhoods Mystery Cache

This is the final of a series of Seattle neighborhood caches (NW, N, NE, W, E, SW, S, SE) that each contain a code number needed to compute the coordinates of this series. Of course you might get someone to simply hand you these coordinates but I don't recognize your find unless you have found and signed each of the individual neighborhood caches. I didn't anticipate that people would sign - and log! - the final before doing so, hence the new (as of 10/2010) requirement. But, of course I should have expected some would act in such a manner.

Huge kudos to the Scott Family Five and Valdes who both solo located each of the
eight neighborhood caches and then met up (unplanned) at the final to share the co-FTF!
