MadMin: I attempted to contact the owner of Wayland's Alpine Field to find out about the status of this cache on March 11, 2010. I have received no response from the owner on the cache page or via email. Because of that I'm afraid I have to archive this cache.

I will be more than happy to review this cache again and (hopefully) reinstate it once you have corrected any issues with the cache. please contact me via ma.reviewer@gmail.com to do so.

Geocache Description:

Great area for a walk and the kid's will enjoy the park, Great parking area at N42 23.756 W071 21.438 I got the idea for this cache from GCW5KN in New York, I thought it was a very clever hide so i decided to try my first geo with this concept. you can also find Wayland 5.1 - Vespula's Cenotaph(GCQMWV) nearby, it's a great short hike with an outstanding view and another great cache if you want to try it. "Bring Your Own Pen"
