How Geocaching Works
This is a tricky little cache placement at Seminole Valley park. I
placed one of my original cache placements in this park back in
2003 (Yo-Da-Lin In the Valley).
In order to "payback" and support other cachers that have placed
caches in this park, I haved added a couple of them myself.
Yes, getting to this cache WILL be very tricky to get to, hence the
higher terrain difficulty.
The cache is located in Seminole Valley Park. It is 409 acres located in NE Cedar Rapids on the Cedar River.
The gates to the park may be closed for the season so you should park on the road near the entrance. Note the park hours and the no parking areas. Do not block access points.
The area is subject to flooding. Don't enter flooded areas. The flooding is temporary. There are areas with access roads that are closed to private vehicles but are open for walk in visits. This is a large, great park. Be careful and have fun.
