This cache has been archived.

Team Webguy: As this cache is in a National Park and Geocaching in any form is prohibited in any form in lads controlled by National Parks, I am archiving it. It will be removed shortly.

Many thanks to those who sought out the alien infestation. I have heard rumors of another infestation and have started investigations.

Geocache Description:

Aliens are among us - The truth is out there!

The co-ords for this are false!!

Throughout recorded history, there have always been reports of UFO sightings, crashes and even sightings of alien beings. Whether you believe in the existance of little green men or not, there is a lot of weird stuff happening that cannot be explained away as swamp gas or weather balloons.

Evidence has come to hand, that there are indeed, aliens living among us, and by the time you have finished this cache series, you will have the proof, but remember, TRUST NO ONE.

The co-ords for this cache mark the location of an alien structure set in the heart of Sydney. Everyday, it sits in plain view, but nobody sees it for what it really is - An Alien Weapon of mass destruction.

To get the final co-ords you need to find the Alien Outpost, you will need to solve 4 other caches and also pickup a travel Bug called The Supreme Commander MKII. Each of these 4 other caches contain a little grey alien whose space craft has crashed. Along with this little grey, is a special tag with part of the co-ords encrypted in an alien language. These little greys stay with those caches and must not be removed.

The 4 caches are:
AO#1 - Ubatuba
AO#2 - Kecksburg
AO#3 - Roswell
AO#4 - Rendlesham Forest

These 4 caches can be done in ANY order, you do NOT have to do them in any particular order to solve the final location.

You will need the Supreme Commander MKII TB, as he has the decryption key needed to decypher the final co-ords.

There are some rules. To make a valid log on THIS cache, you must have logged each of the 4 other caches AND the Supreme Commander MKII TB. The Supreme Commander MKII has his own set of rules detailed on his page.

There is a first finders prize, a Palm VX, ideal for paperless caching courtesy of Tangles. (I retrieved it from TOP and have no need for it now) So, speed is of the essence if you want to be the first to claim this prize. This prize is not actually in the cache, I will send it to you once you have logged the find, see inside the logbook for directions.

The cache size is a smallish cylinder with a custom outer so small swaps would be good, alien themed would be even better. Please, no pics of the location or cache container!

Whilst I would not call the final location really family friendly, it is only 15 minutes from the car, and, if you are careful, you can get the whole family to GZ. We had no problems getting our tribe down there while I prepped GZ and we left via an even more interesting route.
