When coming through this part of the Oneonta Greenway, it can stink! There's a waste treatment plant and outlet nearby, so at times it can be pretty raunchy -- but it's only for a few feet it seems.
The worst part is that this is a really nice section of the Greenway! The cache is located just off the trail, so you should be able to make the find and the sign quick! Use stealth in case there are some others walking (briskly) past this spot!
The theme of this cache? Good smells! It's started with air fresheners and some other good-smelling things. There's also a few clothespins in case you want to plug your nose when signing the log! (please leave the clothespins in the cache though!)
Enjoy this section of the trail. But enjoy it quickly!
