Geocache Description:

Parking is available on Loockerman or North Street. A nice walk, no matter how far away you need to park, to this newly constructed building in Downtown Dover.

Locate the Breezeway between Governors and the parking garage. Once there, there isn't too many places it can be. Kids won't be able to reach it, but most adults should. Please use STEALTH as this is an extremely busy area. Replace as found and BYOP.
