This event cache will happen on Sunday, January 18, 2015 from noon until 1:00 p.m. Join us for an afternoon of good clean geocaching fun, in the middle of nowhere. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy and keep up your geocaching strength. Bring your trackables for others to discover and maybe pick up one of the trackables we’re setting free at this event. Did we mention prizes? There will be prizes too. Or just come to say hi to the owls.
This is a great opportunity to get some of those out-of-the-way geocaches while traveling to and fro. We will arrange for a handful of new caches in the area to be published while we are at the event. Since this spot lies between two geographic areas of the state, it’s also a good opportunity to meet fellow geocachers you might not normally run into.
There is a $5.00 per person picnic fee for the use of the facilities payable to the proprietor.
