Parking: N 32 59.745 W 117 03.246 Take the trail to the left from parking coords. You will want to stay on the Del Poniente trail until the nightmare starts about 300 ft. below the cache. At N 32 59.570 W117 02.979 you will need to start your climb, up up, up. Stay right next to the boulders, they will become your stairway to the loot.
The cache is in a neon green can. Make sure you replace the lid by twisting it until it locks in place.
Out of the 57 caches I have placed this one will be the most difficult to reach, but easy to find.
I made it without any special equipment, except a walking stick.
This is one of the finest trails in Poway, running east to west. Look for many more new caches to come throughout the Poway trail system.
From the cache you will be rewarded with a nice view.
