If the Phatboyz were going to be in a water fight, this is what we want. This cache is located along Tacoma's Water Front. It's a nice easy walk from the first waypoint to the second. THE TERRAIN IS A 1.5 THIS IS A BIG HINT, no climbing needed. A wheel chair can get to within 3 feet of this cache, but will have trouble getting the cache.
This cache is a two step multi cache. At the first waypoint listed above count the number of people in the statue, this is "A" also count the number of hats in the statue, this is "B"
