Beside the creek in a water reserve, through open brigalow/belah forest. This is one of the few easily accessible remnant vegetation patches in the area.
Easily accessed via the creek crossing on the highway directly south of the cache. Park car and proceed through fence and under the railway bridge, and head north. Cache is located in a stump beside the creek. This cache is used for educational purposes by the nearby environmental education centre (see web link above). Cachers are welcome to visit and contribute log comments or swap items of interest for school students.
