The Commander is the Energy Manager for the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs and is involved in conserving energy and promoting renewable energy on a day by day basis. As such, I thought it would be fun to put together a series of caches that took you to places in Madison where Solar Energy is being harnessed. I have the coordinates to one that I did not place since it would be a near impossible find due to muggles and the hours that the park is open.
