“The Great Geo Goober Grab”
The 2nd annual Heritage Days GeoCache Event.

time 11:00 AM
After
reviewing the suggestions from last year’s event this year’s event will be a
little different and hopefully a little better.
All
participants will meet at the above coordinates before 11:00 AM; there is a
courtyard behind the building. The
ground rules and a list of coordinates will be handed out to each team. All of the teams will leave the building at the same time and
hit as many caches as they can before meeting back by 3:30 PM at the above
coordinates. Box lunches will be
waiting for each team member. While
eating lunch and visiting with other GeoCachers, the judges will total up all of
the points. Prizes will be awarded
for the
1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
Additional prizes will be awarded for special accomplishments.
The
price of the box lunch is $5.25 per team member.
The lunch includes a sandwich, chips, pickle slice and a soft drink.
The courtyard will be available for teams to eat and stay to visit as
long as they want to with the other GeoCachers.
Teams will need to pay in advance for the box lunches.
Please include this fee along with your choice of roast beef, turkey, or
ham sandwich and your soft drink choice.
As
of this date we have prizes donated by the Chamber of Commerce, Sport Lab and
KENW-TV/FM.
