If you are traveling through Houston or near the Galleria, this is a great place to swap Travel Bugs and Geocoins.

The location is an office building property on Westpark Drive near Highway 59 (Southwest Freeway) about one mile west of the 610 West Loop.  It's a short drive from the Galleria (a nice Houston mall) and is easy on/off from Highway 59. I do have permission from the owner of the building, so enjoy this cache!

I created the Westpark Travel Bug and Geocoin Hotel as a safe place for trackbables to stay while moving between cities.  Drop off your travel bugs / geocoins and check the inventory online to see if there's a trackable that you can help reach its goal.

The container is a standard mailbox mounted on a post in a bucket of concrete.  There's plenty of room for travel bugs, geocoins, toys, and SWAG (stuff we all get).

The cache is easy to access as long as you know the lock's combination!
Please make sure the lock is secure before leaving the cache.  The lock needs to have the correct combination to close. Please mix up the combination for the next geocacher.

The office building gated entrance hours:
Monday-Friday: Approximately 7am to 9pm.
Saturday: Approximately 9am to 6pm.
Sunday: The entrance is randomly opened and closed throughout the day depending on who is at the building at the time.

Please do not attempt to climb the fence if the gate is closed as you risk serious injury. Some clever geocachers have found a way to get to the cache even if the gate is closed. See the early logs for clues.

Watch out for muggles.  Students leave at 1pm during the weekdays.  Many students are walking around during this time, and there's also bad traffic going in and out of the building.  I recommend to avoid visiting the cache between 12:45pm to 1:15pm on weekdays.
