Ryan “Stack” Clark was among the first victims of the Virginia Tech tragedy on April 16, 2007.
As members of the Marching Virginians we enjoyed rehearsals, football games, and band trips from New Orleans to Washington D.C. together. We will never forget the way he entered a room by screaming, “AAAAHHHH!” His contagious smile and spirit will never be forgotten by all of those who were lucky enough to know him. Stack always seemed to be everywhere on campus from a favorite study lounge in WAJ to the drillfield to the bus and he always had time to stop and talk.
We hope you enjoy meeting Stack as much as we enjoyed knowing him. If you knew Stack, please share a memory of him in your log.
Permission has been granted by the landowner. Please be respectful and discreet at all times! This house is home to the Presbyterian Student Fellowship, Better Agreements, Valley Interfaith Child Care Center, counseling services, and a group of Quakers!
This cache was in Lynchburg through December 2007 and is now “home” in Blacksburg as of January 16, 2008.
I averaged a bunch of coordinates, but it was a cloudy day (typical Blacksburg!), so if you have any updated coordinates please post them in your log! Thanks!
