Geocache Description:

WARNING...THIS CACHE COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH. DO NOT ATTEMPT IF YOU HAVE A WEAK HEART OR NERVOUS DISPOSITION

You will need thick gloves for this cache, you have been warned!!
This cache is not for the squeamish. It could almost be rated as one of the Fear caches. Anyway, you can give me feedback without giving too much away, please.
Easiest access to this cache is via Happy Landins' Bodicea's Grave cache, then pop over stile (see ref point below). You will actually pass Roland's old abode, so why not check it out - waypoint
N53 18.585 W003 22.348.
The caves have been there a long time. Great views from this cache area (on a clear day!!) so don't forget your camera and binoculars.
Gop Hill pre-historic burial mound. Take a walk up to Gop Hill which, it is said, is the second largest pre-historic mound in Britain.
Caves (Roland's old abode) which lie to the south were used for burial in the Neolithic period. The Gop Caves are surprisingly close to The Gop Cairn, from which they can be accessed. Discovered in 1886-7, the caves recess some way into the limestone of Gop Hill.
On top of evidence of hyaena activity during the last Ice Age, a square enclosure had been constructed, enclosed by rubble, and contained the remains of at last 14 humans, dating across the Neolithic. Evidence of burning at high temperatures was found nearby. Usage of the caves continued for some time, with an additional 6 burials being discovered. The folklore of the area suggests a network of tunnels honeycombing the hillside. The more one becomes acquainted with the hill, the more this seems credible.
This is another entrance, to the east, and the imprudent could easily find themselves in danger it seems. Other entrances can be seen, but harder to photograph due to trees, bracken etc.
