How Geocaching Works
The cache is located on a short trail near Kiwanis Beach in Standish.
My daughters chose the spot for this cache so it's a short, easy, very kid-friendly cache about 500 feet from the "Nature Trail" trailhead on Kiwanis Beach Road (off Route 25) in Standish. The cache is a small clear container so be sure to keep your trade/swap small for this one.
If you want to swim at the beach on Watchic Lake (at the end of the trail), bring a couple of dollars. It's worth the money if you have kids for the bathrooms, picnic tables, bbq grills and snack shack on the clean, small and usually not-too-crowded beach.
The kids would also love to see photos of people with their cache so if you snap one, be sure to email or upload the photo to the cache's gallery.

Trailhead Sign
This is the trailhead sign. It is on the Right just past the Kiwanis Club cabin. Parking is in the Left across from this sign or you can park down by the beach at the end of the road.
