This cache is located on several sections of BLM land that has two accesses. We went in the north access but the 4 wheel drive trail was washed out just inside the BLM gate. We ended up walking the cache the 1.3 miles to the site. It is a wonderful native prarie land cut with draws and hills. The hiking is defintely easier if you follow the 4x4 track. Mountain bikes would be fun here also. The area has a lot of early century mining history. When you get close to the cache - think "cache". There is probably a lot of traffic at times thru here so leave the cache as you found it. Please sign the log book and register your visit on the web site.
