Geocache Description:


"chang- duan-shuthe signal station " of the candy railway of Taiwan
The north open ' jing-lian line ', ' chang- duan-shuthe line ', connect with in the south important control of ' xin-ying sugar refinery' station.
Except a candy railway carried and refined sugar raw materials were still the masses means of transport in the past.
Traffic among connection little village and city.
It was an important means of transportation before.
Period of full bloom, from the north to the south in Taiwan, an intact traffic network .
This is famous " North and south line "
With the development of the highway communication, it is reduced that the handling capacity of passengers is low.
The ones that refined sugar in the factory closing, removed gradually in a candy railway.
This signal station may be removed too
