The event will last exactly 15 minutes. The event will begin EXACTLY at 2:00PM on Saturday, June 9, 2012 and will end at EXACTLY 2:15PM. You MUST place your attendee slip in the box DURING this time to claim the event.
The theme of this Event is Construction/Saftey Equipmet so come in any Saftey equipment you may have including Reflective vests or clothes, Hats, Tools and any other equipment that is in the general theme of the event for the 15 minutes.
PRIOR TO THE EVENT:
• 1:55PM - Arrive make your way to the designated event coordinates shown. Keep acting like you know no one.
• 2:00PM - At exactly 2:00 PM as determined by the organisers, a RED bucket will be placed near the designated coordinates and this is the signal to signify the start of the event. You may then converge on the container for the official event. Log sheets can be either downloaded prior to the event (HERE) and filled out and placed in the bucket or they will be available near the bucket on the day. Please BYOP (bring your own pen). Sign individual team log sheets and drop them in the cache bucket. Then join in and chat with your fellow cachers.
• 2:10PM - Assemble for and take group photo. After the photo briefly mingle & chat.
• 2:14PM - One minute warning will be signaled with a whistle then we will do a draw for the FTF at this time from the logs placed in the bucket. Clean up and prepare to leave. Prepare to make your grand exit.
• 2:15PM - Make like a muggle and LEAVE the area! Log entries sealed & closed. If you missed the signing you missed the event. If your name is not on a log sheet you will not be able to log the event.
If everything goes right we will have several people converging on one spot for a 15 minute geocaching event and then disappearing. This could be lots of fun and maybe even raise a few muggle eyebrows.
Afterwards, continue on with the activeties of the day and will see you back at the Showgrounds around 4:00PM
