"Near Landmark" series is a series of caches placed close to the landmark.
"Wata no Yu" (meaning of "Hot spring of cotton") is a hot spring also in Shimosuwa as drawn in the ukiyoe in Edo period with the history.
But, business is stopped, and the parking lot now before though the bathroom was here.
There are a tile of the ukiyoe that shows and a stone monument that there was a hot spring now.
Moreover, here is an intersection in Nakasendo higway and the Koshu highway.
The cache is placed in a car parking.
There is no pen and have it, please.

「綿の湯」は、江戸時代の浮世絵にも描かれているほどの、下諏訪でも歴史のある温泉です。
かつてはここに浴場がありましたが、今は営業をやめて駐車場になっています。
今は温泉があったことを示す浮世絵のタイルと、石碑があります。
また、ここは中山道と甲州街道の交差点でもあります。
キャッシュは駐車場にあります。
