PRETTY EASY TO FIND IF YOU DO NOT CLIMB THE HILL. Cache is located
inside a fallen tree betwen Cliff and River
CLIFFS ARE TRIASSIC AGE NON MARINE SEDIMENTARY ROCKS OF THE PASSAIC
FORMATION ABOUT 200 MILLION YEARS OLD. This could be an easy drive
up to cache or a nice stroll from the main entrance to Duke Island
Park. The Cache is located at the northwestern corner of Duke
Island Park where the canal is filled by the Raritan River. The
quickest driving location is by taking a public road off of Old
York Road (301 Old York Road, Bridgewater, NJ). A County park sign
for Sellars Maintenance Facility is located near the entrance
driveway off Old YOrk Road. Drive past the concrete building on
left and residental building on right onto gravel driveway to
parking lot. Cache is located less than 100 feet from parking lot.
