Waterford Bridge was built in 1909 by the Hennepin Bridge Company and spans the Cannon River.
Waterford is an unincorporated town in southern Dakota County, approximately 1mile west of the cache.
We happened upon this place while driving in the area grabbing a few caches. This spot was just screaming for a cache.
