Adopt-a-Highway Spring CITO 2014 Cache In Trash Out Event

It's That Time Again!

We need to do our part for the environment and clean up our adopted stretch of highway in beautiful Red Rock Canyon.

By pitching in to help, you will also get the special CITO souvenir pictured above added to your profile!

CITO is Saturday April 26th at 9:00am and we should be done by 10:30am.

We will meet at the Rest Area at the posted coordinates. Once we are all assembled here, we will car pool everyone to the clean-up area.

Adults only! NDOT rules state no one under 18 can join in the roadside trash pickup, but they can stay at the Rest Area with adult supervision.

Trash bags and safety vests will be provided, but feel free to wear your own vests if you have them.

We highly recommend Gloves and the use of sunscreen, hats and/or long sleeves and long pants as well.
Also, this is the desert, be sure to have water.
