This hill gives an amazing view of the river valley and mountains to the north of Shamaxu.
The best approach would be from the South side of the hill. Avoid the hill's eastern approach unless you are looking to do some rock climbing, in which case, go nuts! There are some extremely steep relatively strong cliffs. Also the land to the south east of the hill, at the base, is an orchard and private property so avoid walking through it.
If you come from the direct south of the cliff, the terrain and ascent are simple.
The Cache is an empty peanut can and it contains a logbook, keychain from Tbilisi, rubber ducky, seashell, and a travel bug.
