Geocache Description:

Beautiful view of Baraga County wilderness and Lake Superior. A bit of steep, rocky terrain, but the hike isn't too far.

Crossing Big Eric's bridge go about 1 mile, turn left.
Proceed on this for 1 1/2 miles, turn left again.
This is a less traveled road, go about 1/2 mile to a clear-cut (Mead sign).
Continue through the clear cut and into the woods just a short distance to a parking area.
There is a marsh ahead, clear this by walking left around it, shallow creek to get over then traverse your way to the top.
The cache is on the top of another ridge nearby. It's a clear plastic peanut container with a yellow top. Beginning contents include $1 for the FTF, shoelaces, matches, cork, bookmark, dayglo band, volunteer pin, aspirin and a small lock.
