In the desert near the rest stop. Can be accessed from a dirt road off the Bloomington exit. It was originally placed to be accessible from the rest area which is now closed. That approach is problematic at this time.

You can get to this one with a hike from the West side of the interstate and through a tunnel or you can enter through a gate near the gas/eat/rest place on the east side of the interstate. This one is a BIG driving diversion now that the rest stop is closed.
